suzhou

Suzhou is a beautiful city located 30 minutes with bullet train outside Shanghai. They have these incredible gardens that holds a long history and Suzhou is known as the “Venice of East”. And since those little getaways are so fun, we decided to spent a day at Suzhou. We woke up at around 7am, ate breakfast and headed to the train station just to find out that we need our passport in order to book a seat, or else we had to stand for 30 minutes which isn’t very popular. With no hesitation, we took the metro all the way back to Linping, got our passport and headed back again (Seriously this wasn’t popular either cos every one was so freaking tired!)

When we got there, we didn’t know where exactly to go, so we just book a guide that could show us the best of Suzhou. Here’s some photos of the Lion Garden.

We had two cameras with us that resulted in about 400 photos that day! Many that are meaningless, but you get the picture. More photos coming tomorrow! xxx
